Competitor Information

Qualification (IET Formula 24)
You cannot enter this event, but must qualify - the top three cars from each of the regional heats
qualify automatically with the remaining places given to those teams that cover the best mileages in
any of the regional heats, plus three wild cards at Greenpower’s discretion.
 
Qualification (IET Formula 24+)
Any F24+ team can participate in this event, provided they have participated in at least two rounds
previously this season.
 
Camping/Hog Roast
As is now traditional, overnight camping and a hog roast will be available to all competitors and
volunteers the previous evening. More information and a booking form will be provided with
competitor information packs, to be sent to all participants on Monday 3rd October.
 
Vehicle Movements
All team support vehicles will need to be removed from the paddock area immediately following
unloading, and park outside the circuit. Please follow all instructions from marshals.

Volunteering Information

Volunteering
Volunteers are required for this event for various roles including administrative, general stewarding,
scrutineering (safety checks of cars), programme sales and pit lane marshalling. For more

Arrival
Depending on the role you sign up for, arrival is at 7.30am or 9.00am. You will require a parking pass,
provided by Greenpower prior to the event. Please proceed to the circuit gate and park as directed,
then report to Race Administration in the Greenpower marquee.
 
Refreshments
Breakfast for early arrivals, hot and cold drinks and a sandwich lunch will be provided to volunteers.
 
Reminders
Please come prepared for any weather. A high-viz tabard is provided, as is sun cream.

Spectator Information

The 14th National Greenpower Electric Car Racing Finals will return to Goodwood in October. As well
as two fiercely-fought endurance races, the day will offer more entertainment on and off the track
than ever before.

Entry Cost
There is no entry fee for spectators at this event, though we would request that you buy one of our
event programmes.
 
Parking and Facilities
Parking £5 per car, £10 per minibus, £25 per coach. Toilets, including disabled
toilets, are located in the paddock area. A range of catering units will be open on the day.
 
Viewing
There are many places to view the on-track action at Goodwood, and there will be lots to see and
do in the paddock area too. There is little cover available for spectators so please come prepared for
any weather.
