Jeremy Way - CEO
Jeremy was first inspired by the project in 2001 when he designed and built an F24 car and won the National Finals at Goodwood. He joined Greenpower as a member of staff in 2003 and has worked his way up to become a very popular and knowledgeable executive who inspires everyone around him with his enthusiasm. When he is not developing Greenpower and its many projects, he spends his spare time racing a rather amazing collection of vintage cars around the country. He also remains unbeaten in the Greenpower Go-Karting stakes! Jeremy understandably has many facets to his role and is a technical wizard to boot –if you want to contact him please email him on: email@example.com
Becci Diffey - Primary Schools Project Manager and Volunteer Co-ordinator
Becci (or ‘Becci Goblin’ as she is now called) graduated in 2012 from Chichester University with a foundation degree in Events Management. She has completed an impressive number of voluntary roles dealing with people on all sorts of levels and is steadily growing the Goblin primary school project around the country. She also has canny technical understanding derived from her messing about with her classic Mini car collection. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer then she would love to hear from you on firstname.lastname@example.org
William Humphrey - Part time: Warehouse Manager
Will has been involved with Greenpower since its inception in 1999, initially as a competitor, then a volunteer and now as a most crucial staff member sorting out our warehouse and despatching orders. He keeps us all in order at the Headquarters plus you will regularly see him at events recovering vehicles and scrutineering the racing cars.
Rob Nelson - Support staff
also known as bbk software, Rob is our extremely knowledgeable time keeper at our F24 events and at the Gathering Goblins for their timed final lap. He is a technical whizz and has devised computer timing systems for radio controlled car & boat racing and uses our transponders to maximum effect. He loves tinkering and has just knocked up a Caterham Kit car in his spare time!
Josh Dyson - Support staff
Josh is our chief Scrutineer at Events and is currently studying a PhD at Brunel University on the simulation of combustion using computational fluid dynamics. He is invaluable at events and knows the system inside out. He also works with Rob on the timing process in case we ever need a back-up.
Stewart Coulden-Smith - Support staff
known as ‘Able Stu’ there isn’t anything we can throw at him that he cannot do and is also another invaluable person at events due to his all-round capabilities. He has just started a 2 year technical apprenticeship scheme at Renishaw. Building on his additional lifesaving skills we have just had him trained as an advanced first-aider to attend our events for 2014.
