This is just a quick heads-up for anyone who buys parts from non-EU countries, the limit at which VAT will be applied to imported parcels has recently been reduced from £18 to £15, so buy something from the U.S. for £15.01 and you'll be hit for £3 VAT plus an £8 handling charge from Royal Mail. Just something to bear in mind when looking at those cheap electronics modules from the U.S. or China and have been used to working to the £18 limit.
