'We are holding our first Green Week this year during Climate Week, 12th to 18th March. Our event is being opened by the Deputy Mayor of London Richard Barnes and hopefully British Olympic medal hopeful Laurence Okoye. The event has numerous contributors and local community involvement.

We have posters being designed by the local school, with prizes donated by local businesses, Talking Heads, with such people as Prof. Hugh Montgomery and Trevor Payne, Talks and lectures by the same prominent people plus David Pencheon, Chris Ralph and Sir Andy Haines.

We have stalls from local companies and from within the hospital, all demonstrating the green approach that they are taking through out the week, and bike clinics, Driving simulator, Rollapalooza (Static Cycle Racing), TfL, electric cars etc..

The event is being held mainly in our foyer and main entrance, but also in the N19 Restaurant and other parts of the atrium on different levels.'
