Greenpower is always growing and in 2016 a big challenge for us is the Goblins, we are looking at a number of areas where current events have space for more teams and want to invite new organisations to take on the Goblins project. We of course also have new events popping up, so do keep watching the events page for news about events near you!
After a successful Saturday, the second day of the International Final was soon upon us. Those that camped at Rockingham were greeted with a crisp and bright autumnal morning at the track. Teams started to arrive and the buzz in the pits was at an all-time high. Every single team had earnt their place to be at the Final, and every team were ready to go racing for the last time this season.
From 2nd November 2015 we will be increasing the prices of both the IET Formula 24/24+ and IET Formula Goblin kit cars to £2750 plus VAT and £1250 plus VAT respectively.
We have held the prices static for a number of years, and ever-increasing production costs along with a raft of upgrades mean that we can unfortunately no longer absorb these costs.
We are delighted to announce the signing of an agreement with Greenpower Polska Foundation to become the first country fully licensed to operate Greenpower in their territory. Greenpower Polska have significant momentum behind them as well as a wealth of experience from participation in the programme with Silesian University of Technology, and we look forward to a close partnership and developing the relationship between our two organisations. This development also paves the way for inter-country collaboration between teams and overseas participation by UK teams in future.
