MAXIMUM ENTRIES

Entries are accepted in order of receipt. The maximum number of entries that will be accepted for each category is detailed below:

IET F24: 60

IET F24+: 30

ENTRY FEES

IET F24: £92 + VAT

IET F24+: £126.50 + VAT Season Fee

Payment can be made via debit/credit card on submission of a valid entry (NB: you do not need a PayPal account to make payment) or an invoice can be requested.

LATE ENTRIES

All teams that enter before the event deadline will continue to be charged at our standard rate. F24+ Entries made after the event deadline will be charged at a flat rate of £25. Goblin and F24 Entries made after the deadline will be charged based on the tier system below:

If teams arrive on the day their car will not be scrutineered until payment is received or the agreement of late entry form has been filled in. Please ensure you have the means to pay for your entry when entering an event.

WITHDRAWALS

Please note the closing date for entries, any withdrawals must be made before the closing date to avoid being charged the entry fee. All entries present on the entry list past the closing date will still be charged the entry fee regardless of attendance. Entries will be allocated by a first come first served basis.

EVENT TIMETABLE

At present it is our intention to run the event in line with our pre-Covid format of endurance racing. This consisted of 1, 90-minute practice session, 2, 90-minute F24 races, and 1, 60-minute F24+ race. Once we are more confident of what restrictions may be in place, we will finalize he timetable for the event. 

F24 & F24+ events:

• 07:30 – Arrival

• 08:15 – Scrutineering opens

• 09:00 – Team Briefing

• 09:30 - 11:00 – Practice

• 11:15 – IET F24 line up

• 11:30 - 13:00 – IET F24 Race 1

• 13:45 – IET F24+ line up

• 14:00 - 15:00 – IET F24+ Round 6

• 15:15 – IET F24 line up

• 15:30 – 17:00 – IET F24 Race 2

• 17: 15 - Final Ceremony

VOLUNTEERING

ADDRESS & DIRECTIONS

The venue is one mile from Blyton village on the B1205 (Kirton Road) and approaching from Blyton the entrance is a mile from the village on the left hand side. There are big signs on both sides of two heavy steel gates and a derelict wartime brick shed next to the entrance. Go through the gates and follow the track past the grass track on your left. Keep going past a derelict farm and park by the big grain store (green) on your right.

From the Midlands

  • Leave M1 at J30 and head for Worksop (A619)

  • Go round Worksop on A57, join A1 and after 1 mile take A620 to Retford

  • Stay on A620 and join A631 outside Gainsborough

  • Cross River Trent and stay on A631 for approx 5 miles

  • You will see a café in a lay-by on your left. Slow down here and turn left, signposted Pilham and Blyton (if you get to Corringham you have missed the turn)

  • In Blyton turn right onto B1205 and we are one mile on the left

From the South and South Midlands

  • Exit M1 at Junction 21A and follow A46 to Newark

  • Take A113and then A156 to Gainsborough

  • Take A631 out of Gainsborough

  • Just before Corringham turn left for Pilham & Blyton

  • In Blyton turn right onto B1205

  • Blyton Park is 1 mile on the left

From the North

  • Exit the M180 at Junction 4 and take A15 towards Lincoln

  • After 5 miles turn right onto B1205

  • After the level crossing at Northorpe you are 1 mile from Blyton Park entrance, which will be to your right.

NOTES:

There is limited shelter at this event, please come prepared for all weather.

Hot food and drinks will be available to purchase on site.

No dogs allowed on site.

Spectators:

Spectators are always welcome and we appreciate you supporting our teams from the sidelines.

We ask that all Greenpower Covid guidelines are respected and you do not attend an event if you are showing symptoms.

Every event is free of charge and there is no need to book anything, however we urge you to be aware of what catering provisions will be at the event.

Please respect all instructions given by all event officials and the site map event boundaries.
