ENTRY FEES

Entry fee - £40 + VAT

Payment can be made on submission of a valid entry or an invoice can be requested.

Please note the closing date for entries, any withdrawals must be made before the closing date to avoid being charged the entry fee. All entries present on the entry list past the closing date will still be charged the entry fee regardless of attendance. In the event of over subscription priority goes to local teams, followed by a first come first served basis.

EVENT TIMETABLE

• 08:30 Arrival
• 09:15 Scrutineering opens
• 10:00 Team briefing – compulsory for all participants.
• 10:30 Goblin parade – all cars and participants must attend for supplementary award judging.
• 11:00 Events start 
• 13:00 Lunch
• 13:30 Events recommence
• 14:30 Prize giving

Refreshments will be available to purchase on site and there will be no shelter. Small gazebos to provide shelter for your team will be welcome, although please bear in mind that space is very limited.
