2026 Greenpower Registration Process: Get Ready to Race!
We're excited to open registration for the 2026 Greenpower racing season soon! To help you prepare, here is a breakdown of the entry process and key dates.
- F24 Provisional registration opens 6th January 2026.
- The window to complete the provisional registration form, with up to 3 events, closes on the 16th January 2026. We strongly recommend you select 3 events where possible.
- We will attempt to offer everyone their first choice, though some events will not have capacity for everyone.
- After the 19th January 2026 any events, with spaces available, will open on a 1st come 1st served basis, any oversubscribed events we will open an online waiting list process – a link will be available on each event page.
Provisional Registration Window (up to the 16th January 2026)
Use this form to sign up.
- No Upfront Payment: You will not be asked to pay upon initial registration. This allows us to review and approve registration based on our priority criteria.
- Initial Acceptance Criteria: Priority during this period is given to organisations based on several factors.
After the Provisional Registration Window (19th January 2026)
We will finalise initial acceptances:
- Accepted Registrations: If your registration is accepted, you will receive an invoice for that event. Please note that if the event is already oversubscribed and your payment is not received, within 30 days, your entry may be withdrawn, and we will offer the entry to a team on the waiting list.
- Undersubscribed Events: If an event is not full, entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Waiting List Process
For any events that become oversubscribed, we will open a waiting list.
- Prioritisation: Waiting list spots are not awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority will be given to teams on the list that have not secured any entries for the 2026 season.
- Submission: To be added to a waiting list, you must use our online submission form. Please do not email requests to join the waiting list.
