Greenpower Education Trust is proud to announce Resonance Asset Investment Firm as an official Event Partner for its 2026 programme of events in Scotland, supporting the charity’s mission to advance STEM education through electric car racing.
Resonance, a leading investment firm known for its commitment to sustainable innovation and community engagement, will play a key role in enabling Greenpower’s hands-on engineering challenges to reach even more young people across Scotland. The partnership will help fund regional race events, ensuring that events in the region can continue to develop and grow, and increase the reach of the opportunity to more young people and schools.
“We are thrilled to welcome Resonance as an Event Partner,” said Greenpower CEO, Barnabas Shelbourne. “Their support will be instrumental in expanding our reach and inspiring the next generation of engineers, scientists, and innovators in Scotland.”
Greenpower Education Trust runs electric car design and racing competitions for students aged 9 to 25, aiming to ignite interest in STEM subjects and careers. The 2026 Scottish events will include races in locations such as Aberdeen, Edinburgh, with hundreds of students expected to take part.
A spokesperson for Resonance commented: “We believe in investing in the future not just financially, but socially and environmentally. Partnering with Greenpower aligns perfectly with our values and gives us the opportunity to support young talent and sustainable technology.”
This partnership marks a significant step forward in Greenpower’s efforts to make STEM education more inclusive and accessible across the UK.
