Become a Partner

We don’t just fuel excitement about engineering and help young people gain skills, confidence and career opportunities – Greenpower benefits everyone involved. Our partners gain access to a high profile STEM challenge, CSR benefits, networking opportunities and crucially connections with potential future employees.

More than 10,000 students and over 700 teams take part in our events in the UK each year.

“Projects like this are invaluable to companies such as Siemens, helping us to reach tomorrow’s talent by engaging young people in engineering and science from an early age.” Juergen Maier, Chief Executive Siemens plc, @Juergen_Maier

"Lockheed Martin is proud to continue our involvement in the Greenpower Goblin project. This innovative and exciting initiative continues to enthuse young people and show just how exciting engineering can be.” Mark Ralphson, Director of Engineering, Lockheed Martin

Our partners include Siemens, the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), Ford, and Motorola Solutions Foundation. Greenpower is a registered charity and the support from our partners makes it possible to expand the programme and run an increasing number of events each year.

“We are extremely grateful to all our partners for their support. It enables us to run the Greenpower programme which inspires so many young people to get into STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) related careers.” Paul van Veggel, CEO of Greenpower

There are many ways to become a partner. You can choose to offer support in a way that suits your business, through sponsorship or sharing technical expertise for example.

Opportunities for marketing and talent sourcing

Greenpower can increase your organisation or product awareness amongst our young audience and raise your profile with the next generation. Each academic year new students bring fresh opportunities for talent sourcing.

The chance for young people to engage with prospective employers is one of the driving benefits of the Greenpower programme and has helped attract support from the Careers and Enterprise Company.
